To Provide the Service: To generate your living maps, maturity scores, and Industrial AI readiness reports. To Improve the Platform: To analyse aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data to enhance our platform's features. Communication: To send you technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.

3. Customer Data Liability

EightMap is built on a secure, cloud-native infrastructure with strict data isolation. However, you (the Customer) dictate what data is uploaded to the platform. * We do not independently verify the privacy status of the data you input. EightMap assumes no liability for sensitive personal, proprietary, or regulated data that you improperly upload to the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the data you process through EightMap complies with your internal policies and applicable industrial or privacy regulations.

We do not sell your personal data or your manufacturing data to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances: Legal Compliance: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
